In 1965 a tax exempt “Pan-Icarian Foundation” was established to administer the philanthropic endeavors of the Pan-Icarian Brotherhood.

Since its inception the Foundation has distributed hundreds of thousands of dollars for medical aid, scholarships, disaster relief, and other charitable causes in North America and Greece.

To help preserve our Icarian culture, up to $3,000 has been budgeted by the Pan-Icarian Foundation for 2019 to fund one or several mini grants relating to the Icarian diaspora or the island of Ikaria (i.e. the culture, history, art etc.).

For those that are interested, the applications should be filled out and returned by July 1, 2019 to Foundation Director Terry Platis at [email protected].
